Electric pedicure unit to file toenails

I’m having difficulty finding a pedicure drill, rechargeable or mains operated, to actually file toenails.

I want to be able to do this without visiting a podiatrist every time. Well, with some help. Do you have a unit like this, or is it essential to go out and have them done in a salon or with a podiatrist?
