Difficulty with the reward room

I have been checking out the reward room only to find that I can only access the first page and then nothing else. Also I cannot use the filter, the page comes up blank for all brands. Hopefull this will be fixed sometime soon. Anyone else experiencing this problem.

    It seems to be working on and off, I checked earlier and could not get past the first page. I just tried the filters and it worked, so keep trying.

    I wanted to comment about the Rewards Room not performing properly, and thought I should check first if anyone else is having problems with it. Good thing I did! So, I’m in the same boat as many of you. I can’t get past the first page. When I click on individual categories, nothing is coming up at all. It appears there has been a problem with it for at least a week, so hoping it gets sorted soon.

    My rewards room is showing all products as 0 points and cant navigate past the first page either

        Please Beautyheaven get the site fixed. Choosing products for review is also a problem.

      Oh no it is happening again, I sent them an email a few weeks ago and they said they will fix it, which they did and now it is back to the same thing, not loading when you click anywhere. Please contact Beauty Heaven and please ask them to fix it properly and while you are there ask if they can add new products, it really needs a refresh.

    I also am having difficulty browsing the BH Rewards Room. I can’t filter my browsing by category or jump to other pages, even trying to see the second default page is impossible. I’m using a laptop.

    I haven’t been on the BH website, except very occasionally, for ages and most recently I find it still quite clunky and nowhere as good an experience as it used to be. It’s a real shame, it was a lovely place for many years. I find the ads really intrusive as well although I understand the need for them.

    Normap, I only recently placed an order with no issues and this time I also noticed a few products out of stock too and it says 293 products but there were none on page 3, none if I picked fragrance or if I changed the sort by price. Hopefully it will get fixed soon.

    My Reward Room and Product Reviews are not working at all. I have just sent an email to info@beautyheaven.com.au asking them to fix them both. It would make me very happy. Fingers crossed.

      I did the same a couple of weeks ago and got a reply saying they will fix it, which they did but it is no longer working again, so why can’t they get it right?
