Cosmetics Fragrance Direct – is it trustworthy?

Hi beauties

I’ve been lusting after Lancome Tresor Midnight Rose after sniffing it at the counter in Myer but it’s a bit out of my budget right now and I have other perfumes I am trying to use up. I had a sneaky look online and found that Cosmetics Fragrance Direct is selling it for almost half the RRP!! What?! How?! Can it be real??? Has anyone shopped from there before? Please share your experience(s)!

I ordered some products from Cosmetics Fragrance Direct online more than a year ago. A few of the products were Ecoya and MOR candles. A couple of candles had no scent throw, but I don’t blame that on Cosmetics Fragrance Direct. I suspect that the candles may have been from old stock because they were reduced. It was a learning experience for me. They were cheap for a reason. Since that time, I only buy candles from online stores that I assume have a high turnover of stock. Even then, some of my scented candles have had a weak scent throw.

When I first stumbled upon their website, I also questioned if the store was genuine. I saw photos of their physical stores, so this reassured me enough to place an order. I received my order within a few days and everything was packed well.

I went in there yesterday and joined up when I bought a gift for a friend at work, they are definitely authentic and have lots of competitive prices, here is a picture of the Exclusive Shopper rewards info card I got with my rewards card…

I’ve shopped through their online store & through their physical shops. They’re legit. You can get a rewards card from them too! The points don’t expire, so even if you don’t use them often, it’s still worth having. I’ve bought Physicians Formula & Maybelline eyeshadows, Almay mascara & MOR body cream from them, to name a few things.

I’m in Sydney, I’ve been to their shop at Homebush DFO & to their shop in Chinatown’s Market City DFO (above Paddy’s Markets). Their online range is bigger, both of these shops are only small but they’ve got a LOT of perfume!
