Hi,

I have emailed Beautyheaven several times no reply. Replied on Facebook and Instagram with no reply.

How do we get in touch with a person?

    I’m seeing all these comments from 9 months ago and losing hope 🙁 I’ve sent two or so emails, filled in the contact form several times, and tried faceboook and nothing.
    I had an item not come from the rewards room (Ordered 5x things, received 4x) and yet my points were deducted. Nobody will respond.
    Frustating – I’m thinking just cut my losses because really it was all free… but yeah not a good look for the company if nobody is getting attended to.
    Plus makes me not want to bother with reviewing and commenting, because if I order things from the rewards room will they come?

    I’ve sent two emails in regards to the discrepancy with the Nivea trial products but no response so far. I’ve also tried phoning beautyheaven but I get a weird message something like ‘… not responding at this time. Please hang up and try again later’. When I try again I still get the same message. It’s just not good enough.

      I just had mine delivered last night and checked after seeing the discrepancies on the forum I made sure to check mine I also didn’t receive the right night cream I shot off a email last night haven’t heard back just yet…not sure what to do

    Me too! I had trouble submitting reviews for the EA trial. No response to my email.

    I don’t know if they are short-staffed but since Eleni left, it seems like no one is really looking after the community anymore. They still get the business side of things done (product trials, articles etc) but not responsive to member enquiries.

    After 6 weeks, 4 emails to them, i got a reply.

    Yet they email you straight away if your review is a minute late or they need something

    Same here. I’ve a few months ago emailed to try and get my RR points deducted and got a reply but nothing has been done about it. I emailed back and didn’t get a reply.

    Hi Sharnsb, I emailed them too, its been a few weeks and haven’t heard anything back. Not sure what’s happening 🙁

      That is exactly who i emailed. Nothing.
      Pretty poor form, it is now six weeks no response. i do not expect an instant response… yet i did not expect to wait SIX weeks or more.

        Yeah, that’s pretty bad. You could try calling though (02 8114 9417) and asking if they received your email. Surely someone will pick up the phone.

        I do not have that ability to do that during the day.
        Maybe it is time i give up with Beautyheaven.

        If i ever did that at work with a customer i would be given a warning.
