new bh feature – quick content freeze!

Hi lovely bh members! We just wanted to flag there will be a little content freeze on beautyheaven today/tomorrow while we add a new feature to the site. It will run from 12pm today to 3pm tomorrow – you should be a-ok to keep posting, reviewing, and reading, but just flagging in case any comments go AWOL or anything seems strange! I’ll be checking in later in the week to check all is well (and get your thoughts on some upcoming topics we’re wanting to cover)!!! Thanks guys xx

    My issue of trying to enter competitions seems to be fixed now, thank you BH.

    My pagination problem was mostly fixed, but only for a while. I’m back to seeing only 1 page of anything: My Reviews, My Point History, product reviews & the Rewards Room. Resetting the filters or trying to access other pages makes everything disappear until I refresh the page, which only restores page 1.

      @Misfortune same here, can only get page 1 of anything. Tried to refresh but just takes you back to page 1. It’s been doing that for a while with me. Drives me nuts.

      Yes you’re right @Misfortune8, it was fixed for me on Friday but today it is broken again!

    Thanks Delaney for giving us a heads up.

    I have noticed that something has broken this week on the ‘My reviews’ page:

    My Account

    It initially loads the latest reviews, but if I try to go to the next page, it then says “Only approved reviews are displayed here. ” even though I have a total of 467 reviews. From that point on, it won’t even load the first page again, or any other sorting option, it keeps displaying that same message. I use this page quite often so I am certain that it was working before this week.

      It seems to be a second page problem on the site. Reading any reviews posted for a brands products past the first page is’nt possible for me right now.

    For some reason I cant enter the latest competition, every time I click on it, it throws me out of my account and then tells me to log in to enter?????

    Thanks for the update as I was about to send an email as I cannot enter the MOR competition as it keeps asking me to log in when I already have and nor can I leave any comments. I will try again on Friday the 8th.

    I reckon many of us have emailed about the Rewards Room glitches, so I hope that’s among the fixes.
