      I couldn`t access my “”My Rewards”” page (fixed now, thanks bh!), I went through my emails to see the date I made my beautorium order & calculated 8 weeks from that date. I uploaded my reviews by looking the product up like I do for non-beautorium reviews. Some of my reviews were the night before my calculated deadline, but I got bonus points for all my reviews, including the reviews for samples.

      Shop AE: are you sure of what date you ordered from Beautorium? My confirmation email was from 15/07/16 because I waited until the day the makeup was on. That made my deadline 09/09/16. Those who ordered 05/07/016 when beautorium opened would have an earlier deadline.

      annette81: a month is waaaay beyond average. Is this review showing in your pending reviews list? I hope you kept a copy of your review. I`ve had a review go missing after I uploaded it. I had to redo the entire thing. Now I keep copies of all my reviews until they`re published. Definitely email bh about this!

        Annette, I`d email BH and let them know it`s still pending. It could have got “”lost”” somewhere – I do realise that this is SUCH a high tech explanation of mine (NOT) but I hope you understand what I`m saying?

      I got all mine. Even for the sample extras. I just made sure they were done before the `due date` that I just guessed from the posts of other beauties here.

    We have fixed the data issue we were having that was not allowing people to view their ‘My Rewards’ section on their profile.

    You should have access to that tab now, sorry for the inconvenience.

      8 weeks from ordering Ray_Jay. I ordered on the Tuesday and had my (2) reviews in Monday night. They were efficiently posted on Tuesday and points plus bonus points awarded.

      Staggering the reviews due date is much better for the BH ladies – otherwise one due date sees an avalanche of reviews and everyone asking when their reviews will be posted and points awarded!

    I still don’t have access to the “My Rewards” tab, but fortunately I flagged the original beautorium order confirmation email. My reviews deadline is later today. I’ve JUST finished editing the reviews & they’re all uploaded now. WHAT A RELIEF!

      It is isn`t it! Did most of mine within 24hr of the deadline – I had 3 body scrubs and 2 shower body wash to do so was still testing right till the last possible minute. Now I have 4 body scrubs open (including the Rubifresh one I was using before Beautorium) and 2 body washes – I think I`ll aim to finish the Lush Beautful wash as I`d guess that has the shortest shelf life and the C-Lab coffee scrub (it`s in a packet so more likely to get wet inside) then Rubifresh scrub. And damn, I keep writing Rubrifresh. Who knew Beautorium could be such hard work!

        Oh, yes! Such a relief! I was doing my homework all weekend! And yes, tab is not functional, so I wanted to make sure they are all done ASAP, as counting exact amount of days…oh it was just too risky lol

    This was the product I received but I think it was different to what I purchased which is why I don’t think the bonus points worked…
