So what do you have to do to get your hands on these bumper points? Just answer a few simple questions, all beauty related and all things you can find out on beautyheaven. At 10am every Thursday we will release the latest beautorium quiz, and members will have until the following Wednesday night to answer all the questions to go in the draw. How easy is that!

Hi beauties, just a reminder that all product reviews for your beautorium purchases must be submitted by midnight this Saturday to go into the running to win *1000 bonus points*. And all screen grabs of social media posts need to be sent to beautorium@beautyheaven.com.au by midnight Saturday also, for your *bonus 50 points*. Additional info is below. xx

*When will I receive my 50 bonus points?* Send your screengrab to beautorium@beautyheaven.com.au by *31st January 2015* to ensure you get these! The points will be allocated to your account by the *27th February 2015*, well before the next beautorium. Please ensure you email us using the email associated with your bh account, or note your bh account email when you contact us, as we use the email address to allocate your points to you.
*When will I receive my order?* As usual, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery for your parcel.
Did my order go through successfully? To determine this, please check your bank statement for the card you used, and see whether BEAUTYHEAVN PTY LTD comes up as a vendor you made an outgoing payment to. Secondly, check whether the points (to the value of your order) were deducted from your beautyheaven member account (which you can do by checking the ‘my beautyheaven’ section in the top right corner when you are logged in). If you can’t remember your password you’ll need to go through the process to reset this. If this isn’t the case, your order most likely didn’t process successfully and in which case, email us here with all the details you have.
*My products leaked or are broken/smashed in the mail* – we try to do everything we can do to avoid this, so hopefully it doesn’t happen! In the unlikely event this does happen to you, and if you have not used the product and it appears un-open, you can send it back and we will refund your points. Please include your member details when you send it back so we can refund your points and contact you if there are any issues.

Lastly (after January 1st) send us an email with your order number and we can check the tracking number for you to see it’s whereabouts.
