I am not a fan of all the sites promoting anti aging foods as they are almost all just advertising their own products , just eat healthy and sensible. So glad you like my “we all get older” comment, sad but true. I think the more you worry about your wrinkles the more you will get. Forget your age in years and just “think like you were young”

Avoiding mirrors works for me – I like to have fun and my age is irrelevant – I swear I’m getting sillier as I get older – love a good laugh and like to find humour in everything!

      And I love live music!

Try not to get overweight and then lose it, all the wrinkles start appearing then.
Just dont worry about it and eat healthy food. And do not worry so much as life is short enough and after all we all get older, which is much better then the alternative!!

I often used to wake up with lines on my face from my cotton pillow case. I’ve recently bought a silk pillowcase which has helped.

I have tried several brands of products for anti aging and anti wrinkles. Previously i was using the Loreal brand, but now i am with Clarins.

I’d say to find a skincare routine that works for you and keep with it. Take care of your skin everyday, and don’t mess around with changing your routine too often.

Make sure you also wear eye creams and go right around the eye. Pat, don’t rub either. Not sure what your age is Joshua but you can start at any time and you will see the difference.

As an oldie on t his site (69 in June) I can only say Moisturise! Moisturise! Moisturise!
every day and smile don’t frown …but really just enjoy the fact your getting older and wiser (well hopefully). Take very day as it comes and think of all the people who never made it to your age , whatever that is. We live in a retirement village with ages from 55 to 92 and the ones who enjoy life the most seem to be the oldest. Best of luck
