With many of us temporarily locked out of our gyms, or confined to the four walls of our home (we’re looking at you 14-day isolation, you frustrating and entirely necessary beast), here is no better time to wander into your living room, turn the TV on and hit play on… an online workout.
Without the barriers of having to find two matching socks and actually get up and walk out the front door, we really have no excuses left. So, let’s change the game and have this COVID-19 isolation give us the opportunity to find our healthiest and fittest selves yet.

Have you tried any of these apps or online tools? Are there any others you’d recommend?
Maybe I should get a dog. I always put everyone else first before myself. It would be a good motivator and company because I hate walking alone.
I find squats and lunges never fail to get my heart pumping and you can feel the burn real quick.
My only workout these days is walking, housework and pool cleaning with occasional lawn mowing. That is more than enough at my mature age.
I am confused. This article was posted 28 June 2021. One of the offers is dated “the app is currently free until the end of the week, (1st April 2020)”
Walks are great mentally and physically.
They are benefiting both myself and the dog.
Have you thought of checking out the pound?
I’ve marked Tanya_rufer & Ncheaul on page 2 of this article as spam.
Thank you for sharing!!!

Not yet but I really should. I would love to rescue a dog who’s had a bit of a rough start to life.
I don’t have a good space for these kinds of workouts, and it would be hard with the kids underfoot anyway.
That is where my dog is from, he is very afraid of every But he is very loyal.
I’be heard great things about Peaches Pilates as well as Go Chlo (who has a YouTube channel).
Sounds like some good suggestions.
