Yep, today is Hand Hygiene Day. And while the World Health Organisation’s campaign focuses mainly on cleanliness in health care environments, good hygiene is important in every setting – from the office to the home.
As winter sets in, you can help prevent illness including influenza and the common cold by using a generous amount of soap, rinsing and drying your hands thoroughly – no short cuts, ladies!

I love the smell of Palmolive Antibacterial handwash, but I often buy the Coles generic handwash because it’s made in Australia & it’s cheap.

I have always washed my hands well. That was why I was often in the bathroom much longer than others at work. But I do need to care for my skin more because of it.
COVID has at least taught us a thing or two about hand washing and sanitising. There are signs in most of the bathrooms and toilets I have been to lately. Hopefully some of this had helped
