Our teens and twenties are reserved for making stupid decisions – like staying out till the sun comes up, baking on the beach all day long, and eating more greasy and oily food than any one human should ever consume in their entire lifetime.

As we get older, we get wiser. We make smarter choices. We care about our health, our bodies, our minds. We finally realise that silly actions have consequences.
