It’s that time again…

And if I do say so myself, this month’s Discovery Bag has been one of the best. There was something for everyone: a make-up brush, nail polish, body butter and a vitamin C night nectar – what’s not to love?!

Here’s what our members thought of their bag of goodies:

Sigma Beauty Brush F80 Flat Kabuki

We say:

This multi-purpose brush is ideal for application of liquid or cream make-up, particularly on flat areas of the face such as the forehead, temples and cheeks.

You say:

“I was looking for the perfect Kabuki for a while now – and I think my search is over. This one is just amazing. ”¨It’s really soft and a little product goes a long way with it.” –Soan

“I tried the Kabuki brush with both a liquid and powder foundation, as well as a CC cream – each and every time it was a flawless finish. The soft bristles made it comfortable and easy to get into all the nooks and crannies, and I used far less product each time.” –Emmsie19

“Not only does this brush make it easier and faster to apply foundation, but the finish I get when using it is out of this world. There is no streaking, it is just a really even and almost airbrushed-like finish.” –Lynx

Sea Siren Tranquility

We say:

This pastel shade ticks all the boxes; cruelty-free, vegan-friendly, and made in Australia. Not to mention the colour is the loveliest of lavenders.

You say:

“It’s a shade that will capture the attention of others and gather some comments. One comment I received was, “wow! I love your nail polish”. I’ve never really had that sort of comment about my nail polish before. It really is a gorgeous shade.” –Sam91

“The brush spreads evenly, and there were no streaks. The pigment levels provide a smooth application and it also has a great lasting power.” –Emmsie19

“Tranquility gave such good coverage that one coat was almost enough, but I applied two coats which resulted in an opaque finish. The nail polish had a smooth consistency and the brush was easy to use on my short nails” . –Petal

Dirty Works Coconut Caress Body Butter

We say:

This rich body butter is ideal for dry and dehydrated skin. Despite the texture being beautifully thick, it absorbs magnificently into the skin, leaving behind a pleasant coconut fragrance.

You say:

“Firstly, the scent is to die for. I’m not a massive lover of coconut scents but the sweet scent is absolutely gorgeous, and best thing, it lingers on your skin. I woke up the day after applying this and my God did I smell brilliant.” –Ashhy

“The texture is thick and creamy which I like. It absorbs into skin quickly, so it doesnt feel sticky or greasy. It makes my skin very soft and it smells divine.” –Faboosh

“I am not a huge fan of some coconut scents, but I am happy to report this body butter has a pleasant scent which is by no means overpowering. This body butter has a rich and nourishing texture, yet it absorbs perfectly into the skin – no greasy residue to be seen! My skin is hydrated and silky smooth after application.” –Muser

La Mav Vit-C Advanced Nightly Repair Nectar

We say:

With high levels of vitamin C and rosehip oil, this nectar works overnight to restore and repair the skin to reveal a more toned complexion.

You say:

It is great to see my skin looking plumped and hydrated. I have particularly noticed how soft my facial skin feels with my hands. I am hoping with time and repeated usage that I will see my pigmentation and fine lines around the eyes also improve.” -lynx

“Unlike most vitamin C serums, this one comes in a beautiful pale bottle and pretty handy stopper. I love its smell. It reminds me of oranges.” –Soan

“All dryness was gone after about a week of use. I also found my skin tone has evened out. I haven’t noticed any difference to the fine lines around my eyes, but I’ve only been using it for about 12 days, so will be interested to see the results after a whole month of use.”¨This is a brilliant product, and the 30ml bottle will last a long time.” –Emmsie19

Have you tried any of the above products? If not, which would you most like to try?
