We all know that everyone’s skin is different – and the really skin-savvy among us will also know that that means protecting it in different ways.
Which is why we thought it important to cater for these differing skin types in the latest SUNSENSE Trial Team. Bursting with plenty of sun protection (SPF 30+ to be exact) and all the benefits a moisturiser should have, these face savers really have got it all. I’m talking hydration, vitamins, antioxidants – as well as anti-ageing benefits in the SUNSENSE Anti-Ageing Face Moisturiser and Anti-Ageing Face Matte, which are targeted to a more mature audience.
Not that the SUNSENSE Moisturising Face SPF 30+ and Daily Face SPF 30+ are lacking in any way, oh no. These are purely meant to cater to those who don’t yet require any anti-ageing benefits. Gentle ingredients also make the moisturisers ideal for sensitive skin and can be worn daily.

SUNSENSE Moisturising Face SPF 30+
“The first thing which either makes me like or dislike a moisturiser is whether it has SPF and this one has 30+ so that’s definitely a tick there. The first few times I used this I really noticed a sunscreen-y smell but maybe that was just because I was looking out for it, I don’t notice it anymore. It says on the bottle to apply one teaspoon, this is way too much!! Using this amount will make you quite white and shiny as I found. I then just used the amount I usually use for any moisturiser and it looked much better….” Rating: 4/5 – Stefaneigh
“WOW I’ve been trialing the SUNSENSE daily face SPF 30+ from BH for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed. It comes in a nice sleek tube, which is attractive and delivers what it promises. It has no fragrance as far as I can detect and I really like that. It says to use one teaspoon all over the face and neck, although I have to say a teaspoon is a little too much for me so I use less. It goes on easily and sinks into to my skin very quickly and does leave a matt finish as it says. I think daily face 30+ is a essential for all beauties especially living in the heat of Australia, it is extremely cheap too and you would be rest assured you doing something good for your face as well as hydrating it. Overall this is an excellent product and I will definitely continue using it and will buy it when it runs out again. I recommend SUNSENSE daily face completely.” Rating: 5/5 – Glamglee
SUNSENSE Anti-Ageing Face Moisturiser
“This Ego SUNSENSE product is a moisturiser, anti wrinkle and sunscreen all in one! It contains AHA’s, and Vitamins E and B3. It has SPF 30+, which is the highest sunscreen available in Australia. ”¨The product comes in a bottle and has 100mls of lotion. The lotion is white and very light in texture. It has a faint smell, but it’s definitely fragrance free. I would say it would be suitable for most skins as it is light enough to soak in quickly. ”¨I did notice the product did soak in very quickly and I could apply my foundation and it felt smooth and comfortable all day. My skin felt protected in the sun and I also used this product on my neck and hands because of the high sunscreen. ”¨My skin feels smooth, soft and very hydrated. In our harsh sun here in the great land of Oz, it is an absolute requirement to protect our skin, and what better what to do it than to use SUNSENSE Anti Ageing Face? It is made and tested in Australia, which is fantastic…” Rating: 5/5 – Shop A Everyday
SUNSENSE Anti-Ageing Face Matte
“I always wear sunscreen under my normal make-up and this one fits the bill perfectly! I was very impressed that it’s SPF 30+ as so often-facial moisturisers only have SPF15+ protection. Even though the label says that “a temporary stinging” may occur after application, I barely felt this. The consistency of the product was thin (but not so thin that it ran everywhere) and very easy to apply. In terms of the invisible tint aspect, well, invisible is definitely the word! It’s more like a sheer gloss. I didn’t mind this but it does exclude this product from being worn alone if you’re looking for a bit of colour without wearing any make-up. The downside was that it wasn’t as moisturising as I’d hoped; I guess it is just purely a sunscreen….” Rating: 4/5 – Susanjane
