The verdict…
I found the product smelled quite nice and did not have the usual medicine aroma that some heel balms have. Instead, the product had a peppermint overtone, which was refreshing and relaxing. The texture was quite thick, like vaseline, but rubbed into my skin easily and was not too oily, although it was a bit squelchy between the toes. It came in a tube, which was fine, although, because of the thickness of the formula, it may be hard to squeeze the last of the balm out.
I started out by applying it at night and wearing cotton socks to bed, which I found did give quite good results. After five days I noticed a big difference in the look and feel of my feet and feel like I can go out in my strappy sandals again, weather permitting of course!
I would definitely use/buy the product, but just for those occasions when I had dry, hard skin as the formula was quite intense and it was quite a process with the cotton socks. To me, this product is something you buy as a one-off when needed rather than as a regular moisturiser for your feet.

I need some of this. We are transitioning from closed footwear to sandals.
I’d love to try this.
I love Palmers and this is a great review.
Thanks Lisa.
This would be great for me
This is still a great product!
