The NIVEA Black & White Max Protection Deodorant Anti-Perspirant Roll-On offers 48-hour protection against odour, as well as white mark protection on black clothing and anti-yellow staining on white. The formula contains no ethyl alcohol and has been dermatologically proven to be tolerated by sensitive skin. 

Trial Team members commended the roll-on for having a clean and fresh scent that is neither overbearing nor reminiscent of a typical deodorant. The deodorant “stepped it up” by becoming not only a solution for day-to-day activities but also one that holds up during physical exercise.  

Although some members expressed their skepticism toward claims like “48-hour protection”, they were all pleased to reveal that in this case it rang true. As did the “no stain” claim, as members found no yellow or white remnants on coloured or black fabric. As a result of both qualities, Trial Team members had the confidence to lift up their arms without any fear of exposing embarrassing marks.

The compact roll-on bottle met the needs of those who like to carry deodorant in a travel or gym bag, even with the added weight of the glass. And although the formula provided greater protection than the original, the price point at $6 was still found to be very affordable. 

Due to the convenience and effectiveness of the deodorant, many Trial Team members have permanently made the switch to this product once the trial had concluded.

NIVEA’s Black & White Max Protection Deodorant Anti-Perspirant Aerosol is a spray-on deodorant that offers 48-hour protection and is clinically proven to offer the strongest NIVEA BLACK & WHITE® Sweat Protection. 

In comparison to other deodorants, Trial Team members were delighted to discover that their underarms, even soon after shaving, were left soft and moisturised instead of dry, itchy and irritated. 

A faint baby powder scent was initially detected by some members, but it quickly faded and then disappeared entirely after only 30 seconds.  Though the aerosol bottle is slightly larger than the roll-on, some Trial Team members found it easier to reapply when on the go. Many people found, however, that even though they carried the bottle with them throughout the day, they rarely needed to reapply – even after intense exercise sessions.This was a quality they had never previously experienced with a deodorant. 

Having had such a positive experience, members expressed that they would happily be purchasing and repurchasing the product.
