Martha Stewart Doesn’t Wear Underwear And Here’s Why

Martha Stewart has always held a very special place in our hearts. Maybe it’s because she’s a wildly successful jack of all trades, maybe it’s her friendship with Snoop Dogg, we may never truly nail down our exact reasonings. But the model-come-entrepreneur has been making some major waves in the last few years.

One thing is for sure; becoming Sports Illustrated’s oldest cover star really put a renewed spotlight on the star. We wanted to know everything we could about her, from her glowing skin routine, to the cosmetic procedures she’s opted for. But there’s one detail we didn’t think we’d ever get (or want for that matter).

The 82 year old star recently revealed to Page Six that she opts to wear swimwear over underwear…And Martha… We have questions…

Why Martha Stewart wears swimwear as underwear

It turns out her being a swimwear-clad Sports Illustrated star comes with good reason. The mogul is a huge fan of having a swim. So much so, she wants to be prepared at all times if the mood so takes her in the direction of a quick dip. Did someone say Martha Stewart swimwear line?

Now, being a Connecticut native you wouldn’t think she’d be hopping into the Atlantic Ocean oh-so-often. But Martha and her age-defying ways are here to prove us wrong. But Martha, is not liking the “structured stuff” and lace enough to make the swimwear switch?

Why swimwear for underwear is a bad plan…

Martha, if you’re reading, listen up. Maybe it was growing up in Aussie schools, but when it came to school swimming day we were always warned by our PE teachers to not wear our swimmers all day (and certainly not after the swim). Why? Well aside from not allowing our vaginas to breathe (yes, that’s a thing), the constricting materials end up being a breeding ground for bacteria. So, if you’re thinking about being just like Martha we suggest you stock up on cranberry juice for the almost inevitable UTI’s (urinary tract infections) that will undoubtedly come your way.

Care for your coochies ladies…

What do you think of Martha’s choice? Would you make the swimwear switch?

  1. Nah, swimwear is all synthentic material, not good. Cotton and other natural materials, preferably organic. Maybe she only wears swimwear at certain times when she knows she might be able to get a swim in.
