beautyheaven says:
The JERGENS Wet Skin Moisturiser range is formulated to lock in weightless hydration, for visibly beautiful skin, straight from the shower.
JERGENS Wet Skin® Moisturiser with Hydrating Coconut Oil is an oil-infused moisturiser that blends with water on wet skin to instantly lock in hydration. The quick-absorbing formula is enriched with coconut oil, which is rich in moisture to refresh and soften, leaving skin looking luminous.
Triallers were impressed with how convenient this product was, saying it was easy to spread and worked well in the shower for a hit of hydration. Many with dry skin commented that it provided enough moisture to keep their skin silky and smooth, and fans of coconut really enjoyed the scent. A few mentioned that it helped to cut down time spent on their routine, while others found it hard to change their moisturising habits.
JERGENS Natural Glow + Firming Wet Skin Moisturiser is formulated with a blend of collagen, elastin, colour enhancers and wet skin technology, to lock in moisture, visibly firm and gradually build natural-looking colour. It glides smoothly, evenly, and effortlessly onto wet skin, taking advantage of the skin’s peak moisture moment, when it’s damp and most receptive to hydration.
Majority of members found this product easy to use and were pleasantly surprised at how quickly they built up a healthy, golden glow. Many said the product worked just like a gradual tanner, but with more convenience, and found it to be hydrating with a lovely scent. A few members commented that it left a slight residue on the skin, potentially as a moisture barrier.

JERGENS Wet Skin® Moisturiser with Hydrating Coconut Oil
“Before trying the product, I was a bit sceptical because in my head I didn’t see how putting together a moisturiser on while wet would work. But I was definitely proven wrong; this is such a genius idea and has saved me so much time. This product works right after you finish taking a shower and is applied to the body when wet. It has a conditioner like consistency and absorbs into the skin instantly leaving your skin nice and moisturised.” –Amy912, Read more here…
“Jergens Wet Skin Moisturiser smells absolutely amazing. It has a tropical coconut scent, but it’s not overpowering. The instructions say to apply directly after showering before drying, so you’re applying it onto wet skin which is quite different. It felt SO GOOD to apply! It glided onto my skin so smoothly. It felt a lot like rubbing body wash all over, since my skin was wet, however it obviously didn’t bubble up like body wash. I followed the instructions and patted my skin dry afterwards, and I was pretty surprised to find that it didn’t wipe off the moisturiser.” – Cheap and Petite, Read more here…
“Using this after the shower (still wet and not dried off at all) makes it so easy to apply. I do find it a little difficult to tell if I have used the correct amount (or if I am using too much) but that is probably the only downfall I can see. I wasn’t too sure how well this would work since I needed to pat myself dry but I can guarantee your skin will be feeling so soft after using this!” –Khajiit, Read more here…
JERGENS Natural Glow + Firming Wet Skin Moisturiser
“First night when opening the product I was so pleasently surprised by the smell, there was zero yucky tan smell at all. It actually had a really beautiful, fresh smell that was not overpowering. The cream also had a really nice consistency and glided onto my skin very easily. I must admit I was a little sceptical on this product, I couldn’t figure out how it would work without accidentally rubbing it all off when drying. To my surprise when I awoke the next day I had already a really nice natural tan.” –chloe_mitch, Read more here…
“Jergens Natural Glow Wet Skin Moisturiser + Firming fake tan gave me a really natural glow. My legs also felt really soft and silky and I didn’t need to apply an additional moisturiser to my legs. When I stopped using the product, it was so good that it came off just as subtly as it applies – no patchy fake tanned skin! The only downside I had to this product was that it didn’t blend well around my ankles.” –Erin837, Read more here…
“While the product claims to be firming, I haven’t noticed this aspect. What I have noticed, however, is that it’s very hydrating so it suits my dry skin well. I received the ‘medium to tan’ shade and it works with my medium skintone. The tan it offers is more golden than orange, and I enjoy the colour. One thing that surprised me was just how quickly this tans my skin, so for me it’s not a gradual product but instead one that I would use once or twice a week to give my skin a nice glow.” –Jel, Read more here…
that is so true!
Oooo wet skin moisturiser!
Some great reviews here.
Great review everyone.
I like the look of this product. I use a tanning cream and think I will try next time I am in the market. I read that Price Line had it on special.
Wow amazing reviews!! I wonder if the formulas are different from when I last tried them. I found them to be quite greasy when tried before.
Seems weird not drying first
This sounds like a good idea but I hope it doesn’t leave a mess in the shower.
Look nice and quick too
The coconut wet skin moisturiser sounds good, but I don’t think I’d use the other product. Not a fan of the tan.
I knew moisturising straight after drying locked in moisture but while still wet is a new concept
I love this brand. It has beautiful smell.
So good to be able to use it while wet
I’d use the moisturiser, but not the tanning one.
I like these reviews BH. Think I’ll try it out!
I’m not interested in the tanning one
i would have loved to have trialed this one. was perfect for me. need to find in shops. sounds great
I do not find the idea of using moisturisers in the shower to be appealing, but there’s obviously a market for them.
I’d be worried it’d slip off before soaking in
My skin seems to need a really good moisturiser. I would try Jergens, next time I buy
I think that it would be very different applying moisturiser whilst still wet.
If I was going to try one it would be the one without the tan.
Not into the tanning one.
Wow! what great reviews. I must keep an eye out for these at the shops!
Great reviews, might have to give it a go
I would have loved to trial this as applying a moisturiser to wet skin certainly makes sense to me.
The Jergens Gradual tan moisturiser sounds amazing, can’t wait to try it.
I love coconut, this looks good!
Thank you for these great reviews! I’m excited to try this product 🙂
Great review might try it out next time I need to buy.
I got the JERGENS Natural Glow + Firming Wet Skin Moisturiser from the reward program and I loved it so will definitely repurchase.
I like the sound of the Wet Skin Moisturiser. I’ll keep an eye out for it.
I found that it caused my eczema to flare up
I have to surely buy this, it will save so much time waiting for my skin to be totally dry to apply lotion.
I like the sound of these.
Not a fan of this company, still testing on animals in China.
Oh, that is terrible. We need more awareness on this issue.
I love the smell of coconut.
I have a crazy irrational reaction to anything with the smell of coconut which makes it a tad difficult as many beauty items now feature coconut oil in some form.

I’ve used Jergens before. It’s a great brand.
