So many ways to pamper during the lockdown, and we haven’t even started winter yet. Will start my pampering once I have resettled into my new home. By then I will deserve it and it will be winter too.

It’s true that just making a bit of effort to take care of yourself can make a big difference.
I like to drink hot drinks, wear warm socks and being in the sunshine! I don’t worry too much about shaving my legs because I live in long pants during the winter.
You don’t need all those supplements, just Vitamin D and lots of fresh fruit and veggies (preferably raw), this will keep you happy and protected against illness too.
masks are such a struggle in winter! it’s when I need them most, but the thought of having something cold on my face for 15-20 mins is so uncomfortable
