How-to: body scrub and mud wrap
Preparation: Choose your bed, or a comfy chair in your house and drape an old towel/sheet over it – this will be the place that you relax as your mud wrap sets, so be sure it’s well-covered to avoid any mess.
Program: Lather up in the shower with an exfoliating scrub such as Eminence Organic Skin Care Cranberry Pomegranate Sugar Scrub, to rid your body of any dead skin cells.
Rinse well, switch off the shower, and pat yourself dry, before smoothing on a rich body mud like, AHAVA Dead Sea Mineral Mud.
