If you know the brand DU’IT (and you really should), you know they’re the kings and queens of hydration in the beauty world. The hard-hitting formulations get to the bottom of the issue (namely, dry skin) all while being gentle enough to use on the daily. The DU’IT Tough Body is no exception. Having gone through rigorous testing, this lotion is formulated without a range of nasties (and skin-irritants) and it’s here to leave some serious moisture-boosting effects. It’s so good, in fact, that DU’IT claim you’ll be able to see results in a single day. 

The Trial Team members all raved about how lightweight this lotion was, with the formula absorbing quickly and without a lot of effort (no rubbing in for days here!). Of course, the true test of an ultra-hydrating formula is how it feels on the skin post-application. That’s where we saw the members of the Trial Team showing serious appreciation for the non-greasy feeling that it left behind.  

And while our Trial Team members agree the packaging is of the ‘no frills’ variety, they actually came to love the sturdy, lightweight pump bottle. The consensus was that it’s not only great for travelling but also that because it’s not overly feminine, their male partners were keen to use it too. And after all, hydrated bodies is what we’re after here! 

The Trial Team members loved how nourishing this probiotic infused lotion felt on skin. Formulated with a blend of Aussie natives (think Kakadu plum), hydrating grape seed oil and the pièce de résistance, niacinamide. The members loved the active ingredient inclusion, commenting on how it made their skin feel brightened along with being oh-so-refreshed.

“Lotion was lightweight and non-greasy with a light pleasant citrus-type fragrance. I used it after my evening shower and again in the morning to combat dry air. “I was lucky enough to be part of the Glosscars Box Trial Team & receive this hydrating lotion to review. It definitely didn’t disappoint. It comes in a smaller pump, action, plastic bottle and it’s a very lightweight lotion. It’s not very heavy at all. Like other creams I have used previously for dry skin. It’s very hydrating and glides onto the skin and soaks in fast. “After receiving DU’IT Tough body lotion for trial I have to say how impressed I am with this serious looking pump pack. It’s not produced to look pretty but the product delivers on all of its promises and then some. Hydration, firming, rejuvenation and radiance! It’s lightweight and generous so one pump goes a long way (be careful it shoots out !!) It is said to be a probiotic lotion and the appearance and feel of my skin is definitely more hydrated and soft. Said to be supercharged with a potent combination of antioxidants. Australian Kakadu plum and grape seed oil to replenish the skin’s natural barrier responsible for maintaining skin hydration with niacinamide nourishing and boosts skin radiance, it’s suitable for sensitive skin, and contains no parabens, petrolatum, mineral oil or irritants. “I must say I love it already. Being in my mid 50s and my skin is drying out a lot lately, so moisture is currently very important to assist in keeping my skin moist and wrinkle- free. I have used this on my elbows and feet so far due to having sensitive skin, and the result is almost instant with how soft both areas now feel. The lotion smells great and has a lovely creamy texture. It goes on easily and blends in well. It does not leave a greasy residue. A little goes a very long way.
