First things first, I’m definitely not an advocate for quitting sugar. I believe the key to a healthy lifestyle is balance – sweet treats included. But I also think it’s a good idea to be aware of how much sugar is in your favourite foods so you can make a conscious decision when indulging. If you’d rather live in ignorant bliss, DO NOT look at the chart below. I’ve thrown in some everyday foods, too – the sugar content of which might shock some of you!
