The SugarBaby SOS Super Serum Glow Boosting Facial Serum is a one-stop shop for glowing, hydrated skin. This next-gen serum is formulated with a cleverly calibrated combination of fortifying marine actives, botanicals, organics and vitamins. It works to nourish the skin whilst actively targeting dryness, signs of ageing and imbalances caused by dehydration.

Trial Team members described the texture as a lightweight “milky gel formula”, finding it easy to apply. They loved how the product melted into the skin, leaving it soft and supple. Many reviewers noted there was no sticky or oily residue and that their skin was instantly plump, hydrated and super dewy.

Members saw a visible change in their skin, saying the SugarBaby SOS Super Serum helped brighten and even skin tone, targeting mild hyperpigmentation and dull areas. Others noted the serum’s “transformative effects” on skin texture, leaving them with a smooth, radiant complexion. However, some members with dry skin pointed out that the serum may be best suited to combination and oily skin.

As for sensitive and acne-prone skin, the serum had mixed reviews. Some members said it worked to hydrate and replenish their skin with no subsequent irritation, whilst others noted some irritation and breakouts.

Many Trial Team members loved the slight “tropical holiday” coconut fragrance of the product. They also gave the product a tick of approval for easy application, with many preferring the pump cap over a dropper applicator.

A highlight for many members was that the SOS Super Serum is made in Australia and powered by vegan ingredients. Overall, the majority of members who had been using the serum twice daily were eager to make the product a mainstay in their daily skin care routines.

“I have very sensitive, acne-prone skin which particularly tends to react to new products. So you can imagine that I was a little hesitant to give this a try. But I’ve always wanted to try a Vitamin C serum to see how it could help my skin’s appearance, and I’m SO glad I had the opportunity to try this one! It comes in a super cute mini pink pump bottle which makes it easy to dispense a small amount of product for use. It also has a lovely coconut scent which does not irritate the skin. Within a few days of use, I noticed that my skin was visibly brighter and it didn’t make me break out at all. I also LOVE that this is made in Australia, and from a number of natural ingredients. I will definitely continue using this product beyond the trial period and highly recommend giving this a try!” – user927928, read more reviews here…

“Give me bright glowy skin any day. I was so excited to try this product as a part of the Beauty Heaven Trial Team. The packaging is so cute and I love that it is rectangle because it fits better in my cabinet! This product sets out to do exactly what it says GLOW. To start the product glides easily onto the skin and soaks in so well meaning it doesn’t leave that sticky after feeling. After using this product daily for a week I noticed my skin was so much brighter and much less dull as it had become as we’d turned to the winter months. I probably wouldn’t use this under make up as I find most serums lift the make up but definitely part of my daily routine due to the flow factor.” – Talza, read more reviews here…

“This product contains Vitamin C and niacinamide which means that I could use this morning and evening in my routine rather than using multiple products. At first I found the product a bit scented (like coconut) but I did not find that this irritated my skin at all. I have oily skin so I was also concerned as the texture seemed a little thicker than most serums, but this was also not an issue at all. After using it twice a day for a month, my skin has been clear, smooth and I have not had many pimples apart from the occasional hormonal spot. I found that this layered well with other products such as moisturiser and sunscreen and did not cause any pilling for my makeup.” – bgarie, read more reviews here…

“This serum was actually much thicker than a usual serum and what you might expect. However, this made it incredibly rich and moisturising at the same time. You only needed a very small amount to spread across your face and it really sunk in nicely. I do have quite oily skin however this didn’t leave my skin oily and was great when applied both under make up and moisturiser. There was a fragrance with this however it was a nice smell and not overpowering at all. The serum didn’t irritate my skin or cause any redness. And I did feel as though it gave my skin a nice glow and delivered a boost of nutrients. After using this for a month I found my skin was really clear and with a nice glow. I would recommend this for those looking for a cleaner Australian product with a lovely scent.” – boston_and_bub, read more reviews here…
